Comikaze Expo @ Los Angeles Convention Center

Comikaze Expo officially kicks off it's first year this Saturday, November 5th through Sunday, November 6th at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Guests include Stan Lee, Mark Hamill, Elvira, the reunion of the cast of All That, Star Trek cast, and much more.
Tickets start at $12 for daily passes and $22 for the weekend.
Sunday tickets are $12 and the weekend pass (Saturday and Sunday) is $22. Saturday only tickets, unfortunately, are not available with this deal.
A single day pass is $25, so, an event a weekend pass at $22 (discounted) is actually cheaper than a regular one day pass at $25.
Act fast, because this deal is only available for one day!

On Tuesday, June 07, 2011, we had the pleasure of attending a a Harajuku-themed tea party and benefit event for Save the Children's Japan Earthquake-Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund hosted by none other than Gwen Stefani at Royal/T in Culver City, CA. At the end of the night, guests were treated to a surprise intimate live performance by No Doubt.
Songs that were performed included the following:

"The Sweet Escape"

Another Sephora x Hello Kitty event is underway!
Like the New York event, Yuko Yamaguchi, the head designer for Hello Kitty, will be flown out especially for this event.

The first 125 people who make a $50 Hello Kitty purchase at Sephora Ala Moana before 5 PM on April 21 will receive a wristband which will ensure meeting Ms. Yamaguchi. She will be available to sign one item per person.
Also, a new Sephora x Hello Kitty limited edition Memoirs of a Kitty collection will be released!
Sephora staff will be wearing Pink Hello Kitty x Chubby Bows especially for this event. And Hello Kitty herself will be there in a Sephora X Chubby Bunny party dress made especially for the event!
Lolitas will also be there helping Hello Kitty out, so please come by and visit!
